For standard fastener categories (DIN 933, DIN 912, ASTM A325 Grade 8.8 / 10.9 in standard metric and imperial sizes), our MOQ is 1 to 2 metric tons per specification or 20,000 to 50,000 pieces. Standard inventory items can be packaged and ready for port transit within 48 to 72 hours.

For custom bespoke drawings or non-standard head/shank configurations requiring custom tooling, the initial pilot run is typically 100 to 500 prototype pieces for First Article Inspection (FAI) with CMM report dispatched via DHL within 3 to 5 business days. Mass production container orders are completed in 15 to 20 calendar days.

Every export lot is shipped with an authentic EN 10204 3.1 Inspection Certificate containing raw heat billet analysis (C, Si, Mn, Cr, Mo, B), mechanical tensile yield strength, wedge load breaking tests, core hardness (Rockwell HRC), and Charpy impact values.

For tier-1 automotive and heavy transport OEM customers, we fully supply PPAP Level 3 Documentation (Process Flow, PFMEA, Control Plan, Dimensional Results, Material/Performance Laboratory certifications, and Part Submission Warrant PSW). Independent third-party inspection (SGS, BV, TÜV) is fully supported prior to container sealing.

Our facility houses 18 dedicated high-speed optical glass disc sorting machines. Each screw is 100% laser-scanned at 360° across 6-8 vision sensors at speeds up to 600 pcs/minute. The vision system eliminates parts with thread pitch damage, burred recesses, missing drives, neck eccentricity, head cracks, and foreign debris to achieve <15 PPM threshold.

We provide comprehensive anti-corrosion platings verified in our on-site environmental test laboratory: Cr3+ trivalent zinc clear/yellow (96h–120h red rust), Hot-Dip Galvanizing per ASTM A153 / ISO 10684 (minimum 50μm thickness, 1,000h+ salt spray), Dacromet 320/500, Geomet 500B (chromium-free, 1,200h+), and Offshore Zinc-Nickel (Zn-Ni) exceeding 1,500 hours neutral salt spray without hydrogen embrittlement.

We regularly operate under FOB Tianjin / Qingdao Port, CIF / CFR destination ports, as well as DDP door-to-door delivery (customs cleared, duties paid to your regional warehouse). With Handan's railway terminal and direct expressway connections to Tianjin port (380 km), container transport and port customs dispatch are reliably executed within 15 to 20 days from PO sign-off.

Confidentiality is paramount. Before reviewing any 2D/3D drawing (STEP, DWG, PDF), our legal and engineering directors sign a bilateral Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) enforceable internationally. Tooling dies manufactured for custom parts are strictly proprietary to the purchasing client, assigned unique encrypted serials, and never repurposed for third-party production.

Yes. We routinely assemble mixed-specification 20ft (up to 27 MT) and 40ft High Cube containers for national fastener distributors. Parts are pre-packaged into uniform 25kg export cartons with internal desiccant bags, stacked on standard fumigated Euro (1200x800mm) or US (48x40in) wooden pallets, multi-layer stretch wrapped, and clearly labeled with custom SKU barcodes.

Equipped with 4-station to 6-station cold formers and complementary 5-axis secondary CNC lathes, we achieve cold-heading tolerances of ±0.02 mm on shanks and pitch diameters, and tight machining tolerances down to ±0.005 mm for complex stepped shoulders, cross-holes, internal broaching, and custom seal grooves in materials ranging from 10B21 and 40Cr to stainless 304/316 and brass.
